Overall: To pursue opportunities that allow me to use my skills and knowledge to influence and develop players who share my desire to be the best, in order to make an impact on the game of rugby league at club and international level.

Coaching philosophy: My success as a coach is built on my ability to mould players into a team capable of performing consistently at the highest level. The key ingredients to achieving this are

* Personal discipline to stay focussed on the need to improve technique and skill.
* Adding to the innate skills of talented players so they continue to develop to their full potential.
* To use and understand a wide variety of coaching and teaching methods to stimulate and develop players.
* Honesty at all times with you’re self as a coach in assessing ones own performances and with players in order to improve theirs.
* An ability to focus on players of the future skills, knowledge and experience

I have developed a significant amount of skills and knowledge over my career as a professional player and coach that   I believe contribute to my abilities to be a successful coach.

FLEXIBILITY AND UNDERSTANDING: WORKING WITHIN THE ENVIRONMENT OF A CLUB ITS STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES COOPERATING WITH AND RESPECTING THE PEOPLE I WORK WITH.
