Coaches, Managers and Trainers must attach a copy of their Blue Card (Working with Children Check) to this application. Coaches/Manager and Selectors must be available to select at the North Queensland Championships, Queens Birthday weekend, 6 - 8 June 2009. Venue Townsville. Coaches must have a minimum Level II accreditation and Trainers a minimum Level II. State Carnival U13, U14, U16 will be held in Brisbane. Staff for the U13, U14 teams will be required from the 28th June to 7th July 2009. Staff and players will gather in Townsville for training from 28th June 2009. U16 Staff and Players will be required to assemble in Townsville (venue James Cook University) at approx 3pm for travel to Brisbane June 30th. U16 will be training in Brisbane prior to carnival.
