Knowledge and experience:
• Qualified to UKCC Level 3 and over 3 years Coaching Experience
• Understanding of all relevant codes of conduct and policies
• Demonstrating a commitment to the "STEPS" programme, Player and Coach pathways

Skills and Behaviours:
• Ability to motivate others and lead by example.
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Demonstrate a commitment to continued professional development for self and others
