Norths Devils JRLFC promotes and values a supportive family environment that caters for the development of:
• Players of all ability levels
• Coaches skill development
• Managers organisational development
• Trainers and First Aid Officers (FAO) development

Norths Devils will provide skill updates in all areas for Coaches, Managers, Trainers and FAO’s. We will pay for and organise any accreditation you require and organise all Blue Card applications.

Coaches will receive skill training throughout the year from:
• Norths Devils Coaching Director
• Northern Broncos Development Manager
• Brisbane Broncos Development Officers
• Norths Devils QLD Cup Coaching Staff

Coaches will also have the option to attend Norths Devils QLD Cup training sessions to help update their knowledge on coaching and also get the opportunity to attend a QLD Cup pre game Warm Up and half time talk at a game throughout the year.

We are seeking offers from any interested people to fill all positions (Coach, Manager, Trainer, FAO) in age groups from U6 to U18.

Specifically, we are requiring more U6 & 7 coaches and coaches interested in Coaching International Rules ‘Premier’ division teams for the 2009 season.
