Applications are sought for the position of Coaching Director with the Eastern Suburbs DRLFC - Junior Division, for the 2009 season.

Reporting to the Executive Committee, the Coaching Director will encourage other coaches within the Club, to recognise their value and importance, in regard to the development of players, and other team officials.

The Coaching Director will assist with the appointment of team coaches and be responsible for their on-going training and development. The incumbent will have extensive coaching experience coaching and hold a Level 2 coaching accreditation as a minimum.

The Coaching Director will have excellent interpersonal skills, extensive rugby league knowledge, and be well organised. Playing experience at a senior level, whilst not mandatory, will be highly regarded.
