Super League made history in Central, East and South Eastern Europe on Friday when the clash between Hull Kingston Rovers and Leeds was broadcast on Sport Klub TV in the region.

Jovan Vujosevic, the Rugby League European Federation Regional Development Manager for South East Europe commented, “This was just start of broadcasting Super League games in Poland, Hungary, Romania, Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia, Slovenia and Montenegro.”

“We all hope that this initiative will put the sport firmly on the European map and it will greatly assist in the development work that is taking place here.”
