The Jetstar Gold Coast Titans have helped spread the rugby league word in Coffs Harbour. Taking time out from a four-day rugby league camp at Coffs Harbour’s Pacific Bay resort, the Jetstar Titans paid visits to three regional schools in the area.
Queensland State of Origin representatives Ashley Harrison and Brad Meyers proved a smash hit with the 60 students which make up Coramba Public School during a visit with fellow Titans Esi Tonga and David Mead.
At Upper Orara Public School, Titans flyer Chris Walker was joined by Aaron Cannings, Will Matthews and Brad Davis while William Zillman, Shannon Walker, Josh Graham and Brenton Bowen visited Lowanna Public School.
The Titans will head home to the Gold Coast on Thursday ahead of the club’s season launch at the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary on Thursday evening.
Preparations will then hit fever pitch ahead of the club’s eagerly anticipated season opener against Newcastle at Skilled Park on Sunday, March 15.
