The second round of Brisbane Second Division Rugby League fixtures were played on Saturday 14 March. Valleys, Easts and Carina share the lead in the Premier Grade, on 4 points, after Valleys beat Aspley 22-0, Easts beat Banyo 30-12 and Carina had the bye. Level, on 2 points, are Arana Hills, who were beaten 24-22 by Deception Bay, Banyo, Redlands, who beat Wynnum 26-16 and Deception Bay.

The lead in Northside 2, on 4 points, is shared by Nundah Devils, who beat Sandgate Brighton 64-6, Mitchelton, who beat Brisbane Pythons 60-10, Dayboro, who beat Pine Rivers 16-6 and Normanby, who beat Bayside Warriors 20-8. Bayside Warriors, Northside Natives, Valleys and Sandgate Brighton are all on 2 points, after Northside Natives had the bye and Valleys beat Samford 38-18.

In Southside 2, Sunnybank is in the lead, on 4 points, after beating Inala 14-6. All other teams, apart from Rochedale, are on 2 points, after Centenary beat Rochedale 52-10, Wynnum beat Slacks Creek 34-22 and St Brendans beat 24-10.

Arana Hills and Brothers Juniors share the lead in Northside 3, on 4 points, after Arana beat Burpengary 50-6 and Brothers beat St Josephs 24-12. All other teams, apart from Burpengary, are on 2 points, after Aspley beat Mitchelton 30-6, Northern Raiders beat Pine Central 22-20 and Ferny Grove beat Deception Bay 24-16. Bayside Warriors, who were formerly Kallangur Bulls, had the bye.

The lead in Southside 3 is shared, on 4 points, by St Brendans, who beat Souths 32 4 and Logan Wanderers, who had the bye. North Stradbroke Island and Carina share three points, after North Stradbroke beat Waterford 60-0 and Carina beat Wynnum 52-4. Sunnybank, Redlands, Edens Landing and Waterford are all on 2 points, after Sunnybank received a forfeit from Mustangs and Redlands beat Edens Landing 30 16. 

In Southside 4, Bulimba Valleys and Beenleigh share the lead on 4 points, after Bulimba received a forfeit from Cannon Hill, who has withdrawn from the competition, and Beenleigh beat Sunnybank 22-20. Inala and Carina share 3 points, after Inala beat Waterford 50-8 and Carina beat Logan Brothers 26-12. Centenary and Sunnybank and Slacks Creek all share 2 points, after Centenary beat Logan City Chiefs 52-0 and Slacks Creek had the bye. Logan Brothers and Logan City Chiefs are both on 1 point.

Easts Juniors, St Josephs and Capalaba share the lead in the Under 22 Albert Bishop Shield, on 4 points, after Easts beat Arana Hills 66-0, St Josephs beat Browns Plains 42-18 and Capalaba beat Valleys 23-22. Logan Brothers, Graceville, Valleys and Albany Creek are all on 2 points, after Albany Creek beat Logan Brothers 22-14 and Graceville beat Mustangs 48-0.

In the Under 20 Arthur Sparks Shield, Mustangs Brothers and Carina share the lead, on 4 points, after Mustangs beat Pine Central 30-20 and Carina beat Valleys on a forfeit. Sharing third place, on 3 points, are Mitchelton and Aspley, who drew 24-all. On 2 points are Pine Central, St Josephs, who beat Deception Bay 30-10, Deception Bay, Mt Gravatt, who beat Sunnybank 22-8, and Banyo, who had the bye.
