Kent Ravens 4 v Greenwich Admirals 70 - Round 4: RL Conference, London & South-East Region - The Mortgage Life UK sponsored Kent Ravens may have been coming off a great win against then league leaders Swindon, but with a major amount of absentees from the first team squad due to work and holiday commitments the Kent squad was down struggling from the outset against local rivals Greenwich Admirals at New Ash Green.
The experienced Admirals took control of the match from the start and humbled the Kent Ravens youngsters 70 points to 4, pushing the home team back down the league table with a record of two wins and two loses, into the mid field battle that is getting closer every week, as the Admirals moved to the top of the table.
Next Saturday will see the Ravens take the long trip to play fellow promoted team Southampton Spitfire away on the coast but with many players expected back, the Kent Ravens are looking to get back into winning ways as soon as possible.
